A NEW TRANSITIONAL MODERN HOME IN BRIDGEWATER, MA

This stunning modern farmhouse was a true collaboration with good friend and colleague, Mark Primiano. With an eye for detail and a shared vision for creating a timeless yet contemporary aesthetic, we set out to design a home that would be both functional and stylish.

One of the standout features of this home is the deep overhangs that provide shade and protection from the elements, while also adding depth and dimension to the facade. The welcoming front porch, complete with comfortable seating and lush greenery, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

To achieve the classic farmhouse look, we incorporated board and batten siding, which not only adds texture and interest to the exterior, but also serves as a practical solution for durability and low maintenance. The large, charcoal-colored casement windows not only provide plenty of natural light, but also create a striking contrast against the white siding.

Inside, the home is filled with modern amenities and luxurious finishes, while still maintaining its rustic charm. The open-concept living space features a cozy fireplace and warm wood accents, while the chef's kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and sleek, minimalist design.
