A FACADE REFRESH AND INTERIOR RENOVATION TO AN EXISTING COLONIAL IN CARLISLE, MA

Preston Design, Inc. has undertaken an impressive interior, and exterior renovation of an existing home in Carlisle, MA, which involved a complete transformation of the front and side entrances. A spacious new mudroom, powder room, and laundry area was created by extending the existing garage wall toward the front of the property. The built-ins, interior wainscot, and crown were thoughtfully designed in close collaboration with the client, resulting in a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing space. At the rear of the property, a sleek new modern deck with cable rails was installed, providing a perfect space for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. The side of the property was also enhanced with a new elevated walkway, which ensures the owner's safety while navigating to the rear of the property. The gas fireplace built-in in the living room was designed to complement the room's overall aesthetic, while the office desk and pantry cabinets were customized to meet the client's specific needs and preferences. Upstairs, the master bathroom shower was renovated, and now features a modern glass enclosure. Finally, a new bracketed metal roof was incorporated over the front entrance to cover and protect guests, while adding an eye-catching element to the home's facade. Overall, Preston Design, Inc. has done an outstanding job of transforming the main living level of this home into a modern, functional, and stylish living space.
